Sophia Henningsen is a junior at Dublin High School. Sophia founded Project Noether since she hopes that this initiative will foster a love for math in girls and other underrepresented groups, enabling them to thrive in their math learning journey. She is a 2x MPFG contestant and a 4x AIME qualifier. When she isn’t doing competition math or physics, she likes to do origami, read, or play piano.
Claire is a sophomore at Quarry Lane. She has qualified for AIME and gotten distinction on the AMC10 twice. Through this project, she hopes to spread her love for problem-solving to more girls! When she isn’t doing math, she loves to crochet and read.
Evelyn is currently an 8th grader at Fallon Middle School. She’s passionate about this project as she enjoys spreading her love of math to others through problem solving and puzzles. She is excited to encourage more girls to pursue math and STEM and utilize her experience to help others. Besides math, Evelyn enjoys dance, debate, and reading.
Sharanya is currently a junior at Dublin High School, and she is passionate about this project because she believes every girl should feel empowered to pursue careers in STEM fields. She loves art, singing, listening to music, crafting, and reading.
Aditi is a junior at Dublin High school. She is passionate about this project because she hopes to inspire curious and bright girls to explore careers in STEM. She enjoys dancing, reading, and playing the violin.
Elaine is an 8th grader at Fallon Middle School. She is passionate about this because she hopes to lessen the gap between the percentage of female and male participants in STEM. She enjoys reading, writing, hanging out with friends/family/pets, and solving math problems.
Anishka is a junior at Dublin High School. By working on Project Noether, she hopes to help girls find their spark in math and encourage them to learn more about STEM fields. She enjoys writing, baking, doing math, and model building.
Nayanika is a freshman at Dublin High School. She is passionate about this project because she loves to help others explore the world of STEM outside of what they learn at school. When she isn't preparing for math competitions like the AMCs, Nayanika enjoys reading, playing the violin, and practicing archery.
Rithika is a junior at Dublin High School. Through this project she hopes to increase female participation in STEM in co-curricular activities. When she isn’t working on VEX robots, CADding, or doing something engineering related she is most likely at dance practice or playing chess.
